I suggest you prepare this as an overnight infusion. Meaning, before you go to bed, pour 8 ounces of boiling water per 1 rounded teaspoon of tea into a mason jar or other heat proof vessel. Cover it and let it sit overnight. Strain it wellin the morning (some people find any tiny hairs from the Mullein that might escape, irritating to the throat, I like to add a piece of cloth when straining) and enjoy! I like to make a big batch so that I can sip on it all day long. You can warm it up once it is strained, should you prefer a hot drink.
